Rochester Hearing and Speech Center is proud to offer the DIRFloortime® Program with expert DIRFloortime® Trainer, Jackie Bartell, MSEd.
The Interdisciplinary Council on Development and Learning is the Home of DIR® and DIRFloortime®.
This program is made possible thanks to a grant from the Golisano Foundation.
This 12- hour virtual workshop through Zoom will review the theoretical framework, scientific evidence, and scope of application of the DIR model and Floortime. We will develop an introductory understanding of the barriers and supportive solutions toward connected learning through a developmental lens with a focus on relationship and individual differences. DIRFloortime®hasastrongresearchbase to support its effectiveness in improving the core challenges of autism including relating, interacting, and communicating.
