Summer Nature STEM Lab | City of Doral
Get ready to spark curiosity and explore the power of nature in this exciting hands-on STEM lab! In this summer-themed science session, young scientists will dive into two dynamic experiments that reveal how heat moves and storms form.

First, we will experiment with heat energy as, creating fiery tea bag rockets that rise into the air—demonstrating how warm air behaves and why heat rises.
Then, we’ll dive into storm science by making a swirling hurricane in a bowl, revealing how warm water and wind team up to create nature’s fiercest storms.
This lab is perfect for curious kids who love science, surprises, and a little summer magic. Come ready to wonder, discover, and get just a little messy!
